Allow the use of the seekbar during a quiz question

This is essential because right now, it does not easily allow the user to rewatch the previous clip before answering a quiz question. Ideally, if the seekbar is enabled, it should allow the user to go back during a quiz and review the content. Otherwise, it creates anxiety if they are forced to answer and can't recall the previous information.
