Add Advanced Screenshot Capture to Browser Extension and Desktop App

It would be extremely valuable to add a built-in screenshot capture feature to both the Dadan browser extension and the desktop (Mac) application.

Currently, many users rely on third-party tools to capture screenshots before or alongside screen recordings. Integrating screenshot functionality directly into Dadan would significantly streamline workflows and reduce tool switching.

Suggested screenshot options include:

• Select area screenshot

• Full screen capture

• Capture multiple screens in a single image

• Scrolling full-page screenshots (for long webpages)

For reference, tools like CleanShot provide an excellent example of how screenshot and screen recording features can work seamlessly together within one product.

Adding similar capabilities to Dadan would:

• Improve creator and developer workflows

• Reduce dependency on external screenshot tools

• Make Dadan a more complete visual documentation solution

• Increase daily usage of the browser extension and Mac app

This feature would complement Dadan’s existing recording capabilities and make it a stronger all-in-one tool for product demos, bug reporting, documentation, and team collaboration.
